Mary J.Alison was born in the East side of Colorado. With her moher along with her two older siblings. At the age of five, she started going to school , at a near by town. But a year later she was taken away from her mother, by her own dad. Her dad had left the family when she was only three years old. Everything was unexpected, he had came for no reason and all the family was freaking out specialy Marys mom. Mary had been there for her mom in every expect, she love her mom.
Fear and confussion was all Mary felt. She was just seven years old. Her dad drove hours and hours, convincing Mary that everythuing was going to be alright. Nobody ever knew the real reason about Marys dads reaction. Time past and Mary never heard of her mother again, as a black young woman at the age on sixteen, at North Virginia, Mary was treated as a slave the whole time since she ever had move, along with her father. White owners of a ranch was it. Where they were treated as madly as if they were animals. Where she hated her dad, that was mean to her, punishing and blaming what he did to the onwer. But soon Mary got all her hopes up and decided to run away one day. Which she did! and early sunday morning where her dad did the housekeeping, and the owners had left early. She got the aportunity to get the owners own car, and she drove and drove, she had learn, driving around the rach, she she was taught to. Her dad came out of the house, running where cxan do nothing about it it was too late. Mary J. Alison was one her way of being Free! which she soon left the car at a train stationg where she took a train to Colorado. Soon she got home, back to her moms arms giving her a big hug.
